This Health Center is the largest health center in the region, with over 15,000 registered patients. Around 75 dedicated employees from different professional groups work here to provide safe and high-quality healthcare. Our services include several nurse-led clinics, a well-equipped laboratory, primary care psychologists and counselors, and close access to radiology, rehabilitation, psychiatry, and ophthalmology.

Work tasks

As a Specialist in Family Medicine, you will work broadly within primary care with: • Outpatient consultations, both acute and planned visits • Home healthcare, child health services, and care for nursing home patients • Preventive health work and lifestyle counseling • On-call and emergency duties at the emergency health center • Collaboration with different healthcare professionals around the patient • The possibility to supervise resident doctors

Qualifications

• Licensed physician with specialist competence in family medicine • 5–10 years of experience as a family medicine specialist • Good command of Swedish and English • Driver's license We particularly value experience in child health services, nursing home care, and home healthcare. Supervisory experience is considered an advantage.

Terms of employment

Salary: o Months 1–6: 60,000 SEK/month o Months 7–12: 75,000 SEK/month o Thereafter: individual salary setting according to specialist competence
