Specialist Physician in Psychiatry
About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Physician/Specialist Physician in Psychiatry to join our team at the Psychiatric Clinic. This is an opportunity to work with varied tasks in a supportive environment where you can grow both professionally and personally.
As a specialist physician in psychiatry, you will work both in a psychiatric team and independently. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team including doctors, psychologists, nurses, counselors, and care administrators who value collaboration and patient-centered care.
We Are Looking For
Required qualifications:
• Licensed physician with specialist certificate in psychiatry
• Class B driver's license
• Experience in outpatient and inpatient care (desirable)
• Experience in on-call duty (desirable)

• Natural team player with strong communication skills
• Calm and stable in rapidly changing circumstances
• Ability to plan and structure work effectively
• Values patient contact and teamwork
• Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability
We Offer
Employment terms:
• Initial 6-month period as medical assistant (56,500 SEK/month) during language development and workplace introduction
• Transition to permanent employment as specialist physician with new salary setting upon receiving Swedish license and specialist certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare. No top limit of the salary!

• Moderately sized clinic with short decision paths and family atmosphere
• Approximately 120 employees across multiple professions
• Four outpatient clinics and one care ward
• On-call backup (standby at home)
