Our process map
Recruiting healthcare staff from the EU requires both structure, precision, and people skills. Here is our process from first contact to established employment.
1. Show the need
We schedule an initial meeting where we review your requirements, team structure, and needs.
2. Candidate employment
We use our network and database of candidates who are already ready to take the step and actively search for those who fit your needs.
3. Selection and presentation
We interview, take references, and quality-assure candidates before sending them to you.
4. Interviews
We schedule digital interviews and, if there is continued interest, organize physical meetings at your location, including a study trip for the candidate.
5. Language course and preparations
The candidate signs a letter of intent for employment, and the language course starts as soon as possible. Together with you, we create a plan for the entire process, including when the service can commence.
6. Employment & establishment
During the language course, we help the candidate and their family prepare for the move with housing, schools, government contacts, bank, and application for a license with the National Board of Health and Welfare.
7. Follow-up
We are available for all involved throughout the process and even several months after the first day of employment.

Our candidates have access to intensive language courses in medical Swedish, up to C1 level.
The courses are free for the candidate, include support for partners, and conclude with a certified exam. We also offer legal courses tailored for healthcare professionals.
