Li-reco Ab is a Swedish-based recruitment company that is mediating medical professionals from the entire European Union to mainly Swedish employers.  Our main focus is specialized doctors and nurses educated within the European Union. We have local representatives in most of the countries we recruit from.

Li-reco AB is based in Skåne, Sweden. The company is owned by Lidia Bartha, who for many years has been engaged in recruitment of healthcare staff to the Swedish healthcare industry, first as a sole trader and thereafter as a limited company. Li-reco has built a strong network of resource staff in Sweden. Within the organization, we speak English, Hungarian, Romanian, Serb Croatian, Greek, Italian and German.

In order to guarantee quality, we actively work with local presence, that is, we have agents in place in the countries we mainly recruit from. At present, we have agents representing us in Sweden, Hungary, Romania, Greece, Croatia Italy and Germany. It happens that we also have applicant from eg France, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands and other countries in the EU, where we are now also looking for skilled agents. The agents in Croatia and Romania can, in addition to the native language, also speak fluent Swedish and English.

The type of organization that Li-reco is based on allows us to be flexible and very fast when needed without having unnecessary expenses in the off-season.

Number of certified schools – 1 pcs: The school, which today can provide certificate at level C1, is in Budapest, Hungary. We offer language training via Skype and / or in Budapest. The school has more than 10 years of experience in teaching the Scandinavian languages and more than 8 years of experience in medical Swedish, with many well-qualified teachers.

Number of teachers working on a consultancy basis: more than 10 are available that can be hired when needed. Teachers are residents in the countries we recruit from; Greece (several locations), Romania (several locations), Hungary (several locations), Croatia (several locations) and Sweden (multiple locations). Some of these teachers are also certified by Swedex on B1, B2 or C1 level.
