About the job:

The skills we are looking for for Clinical Pathology and Cytology are specialist doctors, preferably with at least three years' experience as specialists in their field. Prioritized competences are in cytology, both analysis of submitted material including cervical screening and diagnostics via puncture reception. Skills that are also sought are in gastropathology, gynecological pathology, breast pathology, liver pathology, ENT pathology and neuropathology.

The daily task is to answer cases at the microscope, participate in dissections, teaching students and other staff, be involved in the development of the work at the clinic, participate in the frozen emergency line and supervise autopsies, etc.

Requirements

By the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare approved specialist in Endocrinology, preferably double specialist in Internal Medicine, approved Swedish C1, for duty at the Diabetes/endocrinology clinic at hospital. Furthermore; a pleasant personality, flexible and socially competent. Experience of working as a specialist in endocrinology outpatient care is advantageous.

As a senior physician/specialist physician, you will work with both outpatient and inpatient care, in our consulting line, and participate in our weekend emergency line.
