Four steps to a new job in Sweden

Preparations
In this step, we collect your expression of interest, send you a CV email, and get to know you and your goals through an introductory conversation.

Presentation to employers and interviews
We compile a candidate presentation with CV, references, and relevant documents to be sent to the employer. After review, selected candidates are invited for an interview first digitally, then on-site in Sweden. We support you throughout the process.

Contract signing, Language course, preparations for relocation
After the study trip, you and the employer make a decision together. If you agree, you will receive a job offer, provided you complete our language training. The course prepares you for CI-level Swedish – with a focus on medical terminology. Meanwhile, we assist with housing, schools, and government contacts for a secure move to Sweden.

Aftercare
Aftercare. You have moved to Sweden, we apply for a personal number and arrange other bureaucratic details necessary for a functioning life in Sweden. Employment start, daycare, school, etc. We are available for 6 months after the move to Sweden.
