Li-reco AB was founded by Lidia Bartha—born in Romania with Hungarian heritage, raised in Östersund, and a long-time resident of Skåne. It is no coincidence that her company recruits from Europe. She has known the continent since childhood—the languages, the culture, the mentality—and Sweden just as well as her second homeland.
Since 2011, she has specialized in recruiting licensed healthcare professionals—physicians, nurses, radiographers, and biomedical scientists—from the EU to the Swedish healthcare system.

Language training that opens doors?
All accepted candidates receive access to intensive Swedish with a focus on medical Swedish. Instruction takes place online or on-site at our Swedex-certified partner schools in Budapest and Bucharest. The course leads to level C1 in Swedish—a requirement for Swedish licensure.
We also offer courses for accompanying partners and support regarding children’s schooling.
