Our Team
We are an international team with extensive experience in recruitment within healthcare and social care. Our agents are based in the countries we primarily recruit from and support candidates throughout the entire process.
Lidia Bartha, Founder
Lidia was born in Romania with Hungarian roots, grew up in Östersund, and moved to Skåne to study public health science at Malmö University. That journey—between countries, cultures, and languages—is the foundation of everything she has built since then.
She knows what it means to leave a country you love to start over in Sweden. That is why candidates trust her. And that is why she can navigate Europe in a way few recruiters can.
Since 2011, Lidia has led recruitment processes for healthcare professionals from the EU to Sweden—from the initial request through to the candidate having worked in Sweden for at least six months. She is the point of contact for everyone involved: candidates, families, agents, schools, authorities, and employers.
With training as a public health specialist, recruitment consultant, and certified coach, she sees the whole person—not just the CV.
Lidia is fluent in Swedish, Hungarian, Romanian, and English.
Our agents in Europe
We have representatives on the ground in many European countries, such as Greece, Romania, and Croatia. They are responsible for advertising, references, interviews, and initial contact in their respective countries—and they create the security and trust that make every recruitment a positive experience for both candidate and employer.
I personally lead every project, from the first call until the candidate is established in Sweden and has worked for at least six months. For me, it is never just a placement—it is a person, often an entire family, taking the biggest step of their life.
I take that trust very seriously.
